Q: Will bleach ruin my hair?
A: Done correctly, with bond builders and proper timing, no. Lightening is a
   controlled process. The damage stories usually come from rushing it or
   doing it at home. We go at the pace your hair can handle.

Q: How long will my vivid color last?
A: Anywhere from 3 to 8+ weeks depending on the shade, your base, and your
   aftercare. Some colors (like reds and purples) hold longer; pastels fade
   fastest. Aftercare is more than half the battle.

Q: Can you fix my box dye / previous color?
A: Usually yes — color correction is a specialty. Bring photos and your full
   history to the consultation so we can plan realistically. Corrections can
   take multiple sessions.

Q: I have no idea what I want. Is that okay?
A: Completely. Take the Hair Color Quiz on the site to get a starting point,
   then we refine it together at your consultation.

Q: Do you do consultations?
A: Yes, and for big changes I recommend one first. Book through the site.

Q: How should I prep for my appointment?
A: Come with clean-ish, product-free hair unless told otherwise, eat
   beforehand (color days are long), and bring reference photos.
